First session/Intake: 60 minutes - $150
If you are using insurance, this will be a diagnostic assessment (please see Insurance below).
Individual sessions: 50-60 minutes - $150
No show/late cancellation policy: $100
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged late fee.
Sliding scale is available for those who do not have insurance.
I am currently in-network for *most plans through Aetna, BlueCross, Regence/BlueShield of Idaho, Pacific Source, and UnitedHealthcare. There are some exceptions. I cannot accept BlueCross Micron, BlueCross St. Alphonsus Health Alliance, or BlueCross St. Luke's plans at this time.
*It is your responsibility to make sure your sessions will be covered and that I am a provider in your network. If you attend sessions and your insurance does not cover the sessions you will be responsible for all associated costs.

Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis to pay for all or a portion of your counseling. If you don't use insurance, there is no requirement for a diagnosis.
